A deposit is required for all treatments £40 or more, a 50% deposit of the total balance is required by credit or debit card at the time of booking.

If an appointment is cancelled within 48hrs prior to arrival the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. We require a minimum of 24hrs notice as a courtesy to our other clients. Less notice will result in full payment being taken.

When booking any package, 7 days notice of cancellation is required. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, we will give you the opportunity to rebook within 4 weeks. Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time.

Prices are correct at the time of going to print but may fluctuate due to product price changes and availability. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your consultation prior to your treatment. A consultation is provided with all spa treatments where you must disclose any relevant medical information that could affect your health and well being.
